  3.  1. Computer requirements:  MS DOS or PC-DOS 2.0 or later.
  4.  2. Files included in BINTELxx.ARC (the xx refers to the version number)
  5.      BINTEL.ASM   the 8086 source code for BINTEL.COM
  6.      BINTEL.COM   the executable file
  7.      BINTEL.DOC   instructions for using BINTEL
  8.      README.BTL   this file

  10.  3. Usage:
  11.    a. To convert a binary file to Intel Hex format, enter
  12.       bintel filename.ext       If no extension is given, the extension BIN
  13.                                 (or COM if BIN not found) will be used.
  14.    b. To convert an Intel Hex file into binary, enter
  15.       bintel filename.ext /h    If no extension is given, the extension HEX
  16.                                 will be used.
  17.    c. To get a brief explanation of syntax, enter
  18.         bintel ?        or      bintel
  19.  
  20.  4. Read BINTEL.DOC for more detailed information.  It is formatted 
  21.     as ASCII with form feeds so it can be printed by entering 
  22.         copy bintel.doc prn
